These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you book a session or visit Charley's Play Barn at 14 Marsh Gate, Doncaster, DN5 8AF. By making a booking or entering our venue, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

• Online bookings are subject to availability. A booking reference is issued when your booking is confirmed.
• You must provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your booking and contact you if needed.
• Session times and durations are shown at the time of booking. Standard play sessions are typically 90 minutes unless stated otherwise for special events.
• We operate capacity limits to keep visits safe and enjoyable. We strongly recommend pre-booking, especially at busy times.
• If you arrive without a booking, we will try to accommodate you but cannot guarantee entry.

Online bookings are paid securely by card through Stripe at checkout. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed successfully.

Admin or manual bookings may be recorded as confirmed without online payment. Accepted in-venue payment methods include cash and card (including contactless). Prices are as shown at the time of booking and may change for future sessions.

Discounts (for example twins, carers with MAX Card, or group bookings) may require proof on your first visit or as stated at booking.

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will always try to help where we can.

Refunds or rescheduling are at our discretion and may depend on notice given, the type of session booked, and whether we can reallocate your space. Special events and peak periods may have different cancellation terms — any specific conditions will be shown at booking.

Everyone visiting Charley's Play Barn must follow our rules of play, including:

• Supervision — parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• Socks — socks must be worn in play areas. Shoes are not permitted on the play equipment.
• Clothing — we recommend arms and legs are covered to help prevent friction burns on slides. Please empty pockets before playing.
• Behaviour — children must be respectful of the environment, equipment and other visitors. We may ask visitors to leave if behaviour puts others at risk or damages property.
• Photography — you may take photos of your own children only. Please do not photograph other visitors without permission.
• Food and drink — please follow café and play-area rules regarding food and drink.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not comply with these rules.

While we maintain our equipment and premises to a high standard, play involves inherent risks. You enter and use the facilities at your own risk. Please report any hazards or accidents to a member of staff immediately.

Do not visit if you or your child are unwell with a contagious illness. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Party and private hire bookings are subject to separate arrangements and may have additional terms agreed at the time of booking. Enquiries can be made via our contact page.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your visit or booking. Our total liability relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your booking applies. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
